 Press Release:

Jacksonville Based Author, Gail Carter-Cade, Highlights Mental Health Crisis In New Poetry Book

The resourceful poetry book contains over 100 poems inspired by the writer’s personal experience of uplifting her daughters and her family from the same pain

Gail Carter-Cade is delighted to announce the launch of a new poetry collection written to help readers understand the many components of a mental health crisis. Titled Uplifting The Pain of Behavioral and Learning Styles Through Poetry Now, the new book provides useful and practical viewpoints on behavioral and learning patterns of children, students, and employees, to help readers discover helpful directions for those misunderstood styles.

According to Mental Health America, an estimated 44 million Americans suffer from some form of mental disorder in a given year. Despite the high prevalence, most families remain unequipped with the necessary skills to effectively tackle the problem once it arises. From dramatic changes in sleep patterns to loss of appetite as well as sharp declines in personal hygiene, the symptoms of a mental health crisis vary from person to person and require some level of professional experience to discern.

Filled with over 100 poems inspired by the writer’s personal experience of uplifting her daughters and family from a similar situation, the new book provides relatable, poetic imagery of real-life experiences guaranteed to invoke insightful conversations when discussed. Some of the titles contained in the book include emotional poems like Silently I Plead, Slipping Away, My Secret, Why I Don’t Try, and so much more.

“Are you, like so many people, puzzled because you cannot quite describe, understand, or interpret the behavior you have seen or experienced? The book will show how behaviors and learning mannerisms could manifest themselves in our lives.” – Gail Carter-Cade.

Uplifting The Pain of Behavioral and Learning Styles Through Poetry Now is currently available for purchase on Amazon as well as on Barnes & Noble. Anyone interested in learning more about this resourceful work of poetry can reach out to the author via the contact info below.
